Decarbonizing industrial and district steam generation
Heatlift SG is a high-temperature heat pump specially engineered for industrial and district heating applications aimed at decarbonizing steam generation using process waste heat.
Heatlift SG Heat Pump upcycles waste heat from the industrial processes using it, such as cooling loops, humid air resources, direct process cooling and condensation, flue gas condensation or any other ambient and industrial resource that typically dissipate into the environment.
By capturing this low-grade heat, Heatlift SG elevates its temperature to a higher, more useful level to directly generate steam using our own centrifugal compressors and non-flammable environmentally friendly refrigerant. When needed, the steam is recompressed and integrated into the existing process heating infrastructure, providing saturated or superheated steam from 1 to 15 barA and 100 to 250°C used for the industrial processes of drying, heating, evaporation and sterilization.
Industrial heat pumps are the most practical and efficient technology for replacing natural gas and fossil fuel boilers with locally produced renewable energy, supporting industries in their transition towards greener and more efficient operations.

Heatlift SG uses standard components and architecture designed for direct steam generation using various waste heat resources while offering maximized Coefficient of Performance (COP), temperature lift (temperature differential between exhausts of the evaporator and condenser), reliability and low maintenance requirements.
